Stock Analysis Tool

The Stock Analysis Tool is designed to empower you to analyze a stock you are considering investing in. By filling in some basic information about the company and your assumptions about its future, the tool generates a fair value estimate of the stock price based on your inputs. Additionally, it enables you to compare your company with other firms in its industry generating average metrics to help provide a market pricing of your company.

With a few inputs estimate the fair value of a stock and decide if it might be a good investment for you or if you should keep searching!

Very easy to use and little to no excel knowledge required! But, you should make sure you have a firm grasp on all the financial concepts discussed on the Dictionary page of this tool as well as our other tools before diving in! 

• Dictionary page explaining many fundamental financial terms relating to stock analysis
• Stock Valuation page; With very few inputs and assumptions this sheet generates a 10 year 2-stage Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuation of a company, or what is reffered to as a "fair value" or "intrinsic value" estimate 
  
• Comparables Valuation page; This page enables you to input a few key metrics for up to 10 similar companies and then generates average ratios wich can be applied to your target stock to come up with a market pricing estimation 
• Stock & Comparables Valuation pages 2; This is a pre filled out example with the company Costco (COST), you should walk through this example to better understand the end results. You can use these pages by erasing the contents and input your data
