Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products we do not accept returns or offer refunds, meaning all sales are final. 

By ordering from Breaking Finance you confirm that you have read, agreed to and accepted our Terms of Service.

Issues
If you receive the wrong item, please email us at support@breakingfinance.ca so that we can evaluate the issue and offer you an exchange (pending confirmation that our ordering system or a 3rd party application made an error). 

If you find a serious mistake in one of our tools (i.e. a calculation error, not spelling or grammer), please email us at support@breakingfinance.ca so that we send you a fixed version, fix our version on the website and offer you a complimentary tool. 

Exchanges
Exchanges will only be offered if we have evaluated that there was an Issue as defined above under "Issues".
